Hi, my name is Mrs. Vigil, I am thrilled to be your child's teacher. It's going to be a fun year full of lots of learning and adventures and I can't wait to see what this year brings! I am looking forward to meeting my students, but first here is a little about me.
I grew up in Hooper, attended Fremont High School and received my bachelors degree at Weber State University in Elementary Education. Through the years I've taught Preschool, Kindergarten and currently First Grade.
My family and I enjoy outdoor adventures, camping, fishing, kayaking, campfires and games. I love being outdoors, doing yard work, gardening, planting flowers, playing games, cooking dinner for my family, and bubble baths with a good book.
My favorite part of teaching is getting to know each of my students for who they are and creating a friendship of love and trust. I feel strongly about building a classroom community where each child feels like they belong. It is a blessing in my life to be able to spend part of my day with your amazing kids.
