Volunteers and Field Day- Bounce House Waiver

 

Field Day May 28th. 

We are so excited to have the bounce houses back for field day this year.  In order for your child to participate you will need to fill out this waiver. 

Volunteers

I need 3 volunteers for an in school field trip on May 21st from 9:45-10:30

AND

6 volunteers for field day 9:45-10:45
